RETURN

14-day cooling-off period: 

​

At lopi.no, we comply with the Norwegian Right of Revocation Act. You can cancel your purchase with us within 14 days after the package was picked up at the post office/delivery point. You will then receive the money you have paid for the item back. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. To use the right of withdrawal, you must return the goods to lopi.no by post, you must also attach the return form in completed condition. Goods that are returned must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Complaint: 


Should you be unlucky enough to receive a wrong item, or an item that does not work as it should, I will do everything I can to correct the error.

Send me an email to info@lopi.no and state your order number, what the complaint is about and attach a photo if the product is damaged. I will consider the complaint, refund money or send a new product. If I ask you to send the item back to me, I will of course pay the return postage in the event of a complaint. Complaints are normally processed within 2 working days.

Return - How to do it:


Fill in the back of the return form - tick "exchange/return".

It is entirely up to you how you want to send the package - we recommend using the return label I send you by mail.
Free return with our return label. 

Pack the goods together with the return form.
Then stick the return label you receive by mail on the package.

If you have a return label from Bring, the package must be delivered to a delivery point that works with Bring. Take care of the receipt you receive by SMS!

​

Once we have processed your return (it usually takes 1-3 weeks) you will receive an email from us.

How will I be refunded on return?

​

As soon as your return has arrived and been approved at our warehouse, the money for the returned goods will be refunded to you. It can take up to five working days (Monday to Friday) from when we refund the amount until you see it in your account. How the repayment takes place depends on which payment method you used.

Vipps​

​

Vipps - we offer Vipps as a payment method at checkout. The return amount is refunded to the card linked to your Vipps account.

Klarna

​

In the event of an unpaid invoice, the item(s) will then be deleted from your invoice.
If you have paid your invoice, or paid by card, Klarna will contact you for a refund.

 

(this usually takes 7-14 working days after the return has been processed).


To avoid restocking fees on goods you have sent back, you must contact Klarna or log in to www.klarna.no. Here you can also get an overview of your outstanding amounts and payment information. The customer is himself responsible for any late fees.

Stripes/Paypal

​

If you have used card payment through Stripes, the money for the returned goods will be refunded to your bank account/credit card.

​

If you have used PayPal as a payment method, the money for your return will be refunded to your PayPal account. By logging into your PayPal account, you can decide for yourself whether you want to keep the money there or forward it to your bank account.

Terms


In order to be refunded the full amount in case of return/right of cancellation, the item must be sent back in the same condition as when you received it. That is, in original packaging, with all tags attached, without smells, marks or fur from domestic animals.

If you return a used item, we assess the item's value reduction and refund the item's used value. An item without original packaging, tags or with smell/marks/fur will be considered used and the full amount will not be eligible for a refund.
