I want to exchange an item, how do I proceed?


Then you simply place a new order in the online store for the items you wish to exchange. You get your money back for what you send back, and what you order again and keep is paid as normal. 



I want to advertise a product, what now?

Send us an email with photos of the damage/mistakes/deviations as well as the relevant order number to info@lopi.no and we will help you.



I want to return an item, what do I do?


You will find a simple explanation of this here.



You are out of stock for the item I want to exchange for, what do I do? 

 

When we are sold out of the item you want to exchange for, you can send the item you have back to us so that we can refund you for the item and you will not lose the right to return/exchange for 30 days. Tick "return" on the form.



The item I bought has now been reduced in price, can I get the same price?

Discount codes and offer prices only apply to orders made during the campaign period itself. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund discounts on purchases made before/after the campaign period.

 

When will I get my money back for returned items?

​

Normally it takes 1-3 weeks for the post to arrive. As soon as the package has arrived and been processed by our returns department, you will receive an email from us. The case is then sent to Klarna, who will contact you within 5-10 working days after the return has been processed. They send you an email where you have to fill in which account number you want the money refunded to.

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

You can find all your orders, payments and outstanding invoices by logging in with your bankID at www.klarna.no

 

Does it cost anything to send goods back?

There is NOK 69 in return postage on all packages sent back with our return label, regardless of whether it is intended as an exchange or return. This label makes the package traceable and insured.

 

I have removed the tags from the item, can the item be exchanged without a tag?

Items that have been used or where the tags have been removed unfortunately cannot be exchanged.

Can I add more items to the order?

​

No Unfortunately. But you can place an additional order if you want more items.

​

 

I haven't received my money back after the return has been processed?

​

As it is Klarna that you have paid money to, and they are the ones who will repay the money to you, you must contact Klarna directly at www.klarna.no/kundeservice or on telephone 21028991. Due to privacy reasons, we do not have access to when/where the money is paid out, reminders or the like.

I have received a gift, can I return or exchange it?

​

All goods that are unused, with tags on can be returned to us within 30 days. Please note that we are only able to refund the money for the goods to the person who ordered and paid for the order. So if you have received a gift, it is the owner of the order who will get the money back once the return has been received and processed.
