Before placing an order


In order for your package to arrive safely and quickly, it is important that your address and name are clearly visible on the mailbox. If not, the post office will not deliver the package to the mailbox and the package will then be returned within 3 weeks.

Remember to check that your address, street number, telephone number and email match before you complete the order. If the e-mail is not correct, you will not receive an order confirmation or collection notification by e-mail. This is information that is not possible for us to change after an order has been placed.

You enter the discount code in the shopping cart before you go to checkout. There you will find a discount code field that says "insert discount coupon", there you enter the code you have and press "use". The code will then be activated on your purchase. This must be done before you proceed to the checkout to complete your purchase.
 

Can I cancel/change my order?


I want to deliver your package as quickly as possible, so if you want to order more. Just place a new order right away. So that I can send the entire order in its entirety to you. 


When will my order be shipped?


An email will be sent to you as soon as your package is dispatched from the warehouse.
If you have not received confirmations within a reasonable time, it may be that they have ended up in junk mail/spam filters.


Where is my package?


You can find the tracking number in the e-mail you receive when the item is sent from the warehouse.

Press the tracking link and follow the package there if you have selected tracking during shipping.
