As a general rule, you should easily be able to pay by credit card or PayPal. There are no extra charges for any of these payment methods. You are able to change your credit card or PayPal details during checkout. It is also possible to manually change these details while placing an order. 

Shipping

The quickest way to determine shipping costs and availability is to enter your shipping location at the checkout screen; costs will automatically be calculated. Your order will be delivered 5-8 business days after.

The estimated delivery date is based on your purchase date, the recipient's location, the seller's processing time and location, and the shipping carrier. Other factors—like placing an order on a weekend or a holiday—may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. It's our hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible, but given the factors involved, this is only an estimate.

Returns

I gladly accept returns. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. You'll have to cover the postage/delivery cost of returning the item. If you've received a damaged or faulty item, LOPI STUDIO will cover the cost of return.

How do I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed back into the same account you used to make the purchase.
